Frozen Orange Juice
NFC Frozen Orange Juice is a bright orange-yellow, naturally turbid juice pressed from sound, mature Egyptian oranges. The fruit is washed, sorted and extracted, then strained to remove skin, pulp fragments, seeds and other foreign matter before being gently pasteurized and frozen — preserving the fresh, true-to-fruit orange flavor without concentration, additives or preservatives. Packed in food-grade PE bags inside protective steel drums, it offers manufacturers a not-from-concentrate base with consistent color, viscosity and natural vitamin C content. Non-GMO and produced under HACCP-based quality controls with full batch traceability.

Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice (FCOJ) 65° Brix is produced by gently evaporating fresh NFC orange juice to 64–66% soluble solids, concentrating the natural orange color, aroma and acidity while reducing shipping volume and weight by roughly six times. Made from washed, sorted, extracted and strained Egyptian oranges, thermally treated and frozen without additives or preservatives, it reconstitutes to a true-to-fruit orange juice when diluted with water at the standard ratio. Its rich color and high pulp content make it a reliable, cost-efficient base for manufacturers who reconstitute on-site.
Key specifications

Strawberry Puree (Seedless)
Seedless Strawberry Puree is a smooth, deep-red purée with the characteristic sweet-tart aroma and flavor of ripe strawberries. Made from 100% fresh strawberries, sieved to remove seeds and fibrous material, it retains a natural, uniform texture with no added sugar, colors or preservatives. Depending on your cold-chain preference, it is available for storage below -8 °C for 24 months or, once thawed, at +4–8 °C for up to 6 months — giving buyers flexibility across frozen and chilled distribution.
Key specifications

Typical applications
– Dairy and yoghurt inclusions
– Bakery fillings and glazes
– Desserts and ice cream
– Beverages and jams
Guava Puree
Aseptic Guava Puree is a smooth, opaque purée with the characteristic tropical aroma and taste of ripe guava. Because it is produced from white-fleshed guava fruit, its natural color is creamy white rather than the pink tone associated with red-fleshed varieties — a distinctive profile that works well wherever a lighter, more neutral visual base is preferred. Fresh guava pulp is combined with a small, EU-permitted addition of ascorbic acid (E300) to protect color and freshness during aseptic processing and storage. Packed aseptically, it stores at ambient temperature for 24 months without refrigeration.
Key specifications
– Brix min. 7%
– pH 3.80–4.40
